Our Vision
Driven by Innovation.
Defined by Design.
At KORO, we design spaces that connect, inspire, and last. More than homes, we build communities where purpose and design align.
Our Roots
ALTA Real Estate
Development
KORO is rooted in the legacy of ALTA Real Estate Development, a name long associated with innovation, excellence, and enduring design. From elegant form to functional beauty, ALTA’s developments are known for blending modern design with cultural nuance. As ALTA continues to lead, KORO builds on this foundation - raising expectations and reimagining the future of home and community.
The name KORO is inspired by ‘Core’ and ‘Cuore’ (Italian for ‘heart’), a reflection of our belief that home is more than four walls – it’s the foundation of life, designed to foster comfort, connection and community. Guided by a singular vision to create meaningful spaces, ALTA has redefined luxury living and fostered a lasting sense of belonging in every community it shapes.
A legacy of trust and distinction, built for generations to come.
We don’t just build. We elevate.
